Hi, I'm Flo, I'm a mamma of four, and I've been a Doula on and off since 2014. I've been a Steiner handwork teacher and I'm a crafter. I spin and weave. During the 15/16 years I've been a wife and a mother it has been my female relationships that have held me up and supported me emotionally, in ways I did not anticipate. I count myself blessed to have a circle of incredible women around me, and becoming a Doula has been an extension of that, a way to pass it on.
If you choose me as a Doula, I look forward to getting to know you; hearing about you; and how you feel; and understanding your expectations and fears. I hope you will trust me enough to share your worries and doubts and know I will hold them without judgment or fear. Having a Doula does not replace, partners, mums or best friends but enhances your experience at such a transitional time in your life. I hope to ease the way in creating the space you need and want, for your birth, that will set you up for the journey of motherhood.
